Words that rhyme with Phrasing
Map phrasing onto a phonological grid and you get: two-syllable, the clipped /ɪ/, ending that ends on a humming nasal. Lyrically, it reads as a word about how language sounds. The line containing it points at speech or song. Engine returns: perfect-rhyme territory is narrow, family rhymes contribute a handful of voice-pair near-perfects, the vowel-match pool carries the volume. Lyric returns: a word the song uses to point at itself. Treat the assonance list as the main shelf — the strict column is the footnote.

How songwriters use these rhymes
Every time I write phrasing, the next line wants blazing.
Phrasing here, raisin there, the ear says they rhyme.
From phrasing to ablaze, a consonant arrives and the rhyme reshapes.
All night the phrasing turned into aching, vowel-first, consonants letting go.
Inside the line, phrasing echoes boozing on consonant alone.
Why phrasing rhymes the way it does
In our engine, phrasing registers as a two-syllable word on the high /ɪ/ (/ɪ/) that hums to a nasal close. In our 54,000-word dictionary the perfect-rhyme pool returns 31 matches, family rhymes 1, additive and subtractive together 247, assonance 6,604, and consonance 79. The mix gives you options across the board. Strict rhymes for the structural beats, family or assonance for the interior lines. Practical guidance: read the song aloud and listen for where a slant would tighten the line. Strict rhymes are the structural skeleton; the slant columns are where the personality of the lyric lives. With phrasing, the slant work is doing more weight-bearing than it looks.
