What It Is

RhymeForge is a rhyme engine built specifically for songwriters and poets. Search over 54,000 words across five types of rhyme — from perfect rhymes for your chorus hooks to subtle assonance for verse texture.

The Five Rhyme Types

Perfect: Exact vowel + consonant match from stressed syllable ("light" → "night"). Family: Same vowel, related consonants ("light" → "ride"). Additive: Extra consonants added/dropped ("see" → "seed"). Assonance: Matching vowels, different consonants ("lake" → "rain"). Consonance: Matching consonants, different vowels ("back" → "book").

The Lyrics Pad

Open the side panel to write as you search. Keep a scratchpad for rough ideas and a clean lyrics area for your piece. Save multiple songs, load them back, and export to PDF.
